Master batch based on micro-porous polymer filled with mixture of odor emitting chemicals and very bitter compounds,Used for repelling rodents from attacking polymers.
TPL-1001 is a new anti-rodent additive concentrate developed by Suzhou Topline. It contains special insecticide that it’s highly irritative to rat mouth mucosa and gustatory nerve, which will help to protect the wire and cable. TPL-1001 based on special resin, with excellent dispersion properties in most of the present available sheathing materials (such as: LSFOH, PVC, HDPE, MDPE...).
The dosage of TPL-1001 is lower in usage. All raw materials have been selected to minimize the effect on the electrical properties of the wire and cable.
Note: When extrusions under high temperature, TPL-1001 will release smells which will irritative to GI tract, skin and eyes. Here we recommended to user: Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (as gloves), and not touch the products directly. Wash with copious amounts of water after use.
